LAUNCH PARTY
We’re launching the App old school in big party style @ Basis Amsterdam on Saturday 13
October.
Like the App, the Launch Party will be all about meeting cool people that dig travel, like
making new friends, and know how to party. We considered inviting Amsterdam’s A-list, but
realised we don’t know any. Instead, we’ve invited every hip or crazy local we’ve ever met,
every traveller that’s passing through, and you. The people we made the app for.
DJ’s will be spinning fresh tunes all night; a VJ will be firing eye-crack at the walls; we’ll have
a pong table for the athletic; and yes, there will be first-rate drinks and snacks. In true Basis
fashion, bring your own vibe, friends, and food if you want.
The launch party will be the first of many Party with a Local celebrations in Amsterdam and
beyond, as we unlock cities and take over the world. Berlin is next. Keep your ears open.
