Top 5 Clubs in London

Early last year, London was hailed as the “world’s most popular destination”, based on article by the London Evening Standard. But, apart from the infamous tourist spots such as Big Ben and the London Eye, the nightlife and clubs in the city also contributed to London’s high number of visitors. If you’re planning to visit the city, here are some of the top clubs you can head to.

1. Regression Sessions

Feel like something superbly silly and ultimately fun? Then this is a place for you! A perfect combination of the best DJs in town (including Moucha, Naked Jake and Jack Swift playing house, ’90s hip hop, garage and drum ’n’ bass) with tons of interactive fun, games and bizarre activities! Bouncy castle, space hoppers, retro video games, giant ball pit, vintage porn posing boards, photo booth, extreme knitting and much, much more. You will recall the carefree days of your childhood and never ever forget the unique style of clubbing at Regression Session!

2. Queen of Hoxton

Apart from being an awesome nightclub that hosted some of the biggest names on the music scene such as: Tom Odell, Django Django, Lianne La Havas, Gold Panda, Miles Kane etc. (the list is way too long!), this place also is  a roof terrace, performance space and art gallery. As the summer is almost landing, make sure you dance 'till you drop on the stunning terrace of five story building!

Note: Cold weather is not a problem for Queen of Hoxton. During wintertime, you still can enjoy your favourite music, cocktail masterclass, craft workshop or silent disco experience under its massive wigwam set.

3. Shadow Bar

Located inside the famous Empire, this club shares attractions with the in-house casino, cinema, and bars. According to information Mayfair Casinos, the Empire “has the vibe of Las Vegas”, making it one of the most glamorous nightlife destinations in the city. The same vibe is also apparent every Friday and Saturday night at the Shadow Bar, where house and electronic music are being hosted by the resident DJs until 3am.

4. Studio 338

Reopened in March 2014, the newly refurbished Studio 338 is known to be the largest nightclub in the town. This club is ideal for those who enjoy major electro and techno music, as its motto is to bring the Ibiza-style back. Studio 338 is located in North Greenwich Station at the 338 Boord Street.

Dress code: Boho-chic, of course!

5. CLF Art Cafe (The Bussey Building)

Located in Peckham (south-east London) in a post-industrial building, this club/art café is one of the best London's venues! At night, when the neigbourhood seem quite, it turns into warehouse-style club that plays house, deep techno, garage and disco beats and during the day, when all party-people are asleep at work, CLF Art Cafe becomes a top arts place (with contemporary performances and even opera!). It is open during the whole year, but you will definitely have more fun if you come in summer. The roof gets open and you can party under the stars!
